Putting into Operation of the first Complete High-Vacuum Coating Machine MacroTech VBA3 -VI-1400.
After five months of planning and construction, the first coating plant made entirely by MacroTech is starting operations
at Vishay-Itzehoe .
The vacuum chamber with a diameter of 1400 mm can take on 28 units 8" wafer for semiconductor production.
Three electron beam vaporizers, four radiator heating units, a sixfold interchangeable quartz crystal and the time-tested MacroTech
control guarantee a precise, reliable coating process.
News Update: 2006, 12.-13. Oktober 2. User Meeting
The successful outcome of the meeting in autumn 2005 encouraged us to once again organize a meeting of all users of MacroTech in 2006. The main topics were:
* Optical monitoring
* Parametrizing
For both topics, we offered a theoretical segment in the conference room of the hotel
as well as a practical segment with our demonstration equipment.
