The best illustrative modell to demonstrate our new sweep editor was an oversized ferrotec e-gun with a laser pointer on the substrate. We could demonstrate the potential of adjustment of the e-gun beam deflection on the basis of the further developed software.

For the fourth time, MacroTech held a get-together for users,
this time again in our rooms at Freiburg. Free from the stress and
strain of everyday business we offered a platform with a pleasant
atmosphere for fruitful and intensive dialogues across the boundaries
